Manage Sent Announcements

For Admin Role

The Administrator can view the announcements that he sends to other members, as well as the announcements that other administrators and coordinators send.

To view the sent announcements

  1. Click the icon on top of the system homepage, the Announcements window opens.
  2. On top of the Announcements window, click Sent.

Note

You can click View All to view all your sent announcements.


You can edit any announcement that you have previously sent.

To edit a sent announcement

  1. At the bottom of the Announcements window, click View All.
  2. On the Announcements page, click the Sent tab.

  3. Next to the desired announcement, click and then click Edit, as in the below figure.

  4. On the Edit Announcement page, make your changes and then click Update.
